"Salad Oh! Init pa!" What's is this?

While I was scanning my facebook my cousin posted this in his profile.

REPOST: DAVAO CITY VICE MAYOR Rody Duterte stated earlier: all those who are caught by word " SALAD OH, INIT PA" would end up in PRISON...

What is that? Do you really have to go to prison for saying that phrase? So I posted bakit? no one answered. I asked my sister in-law what is this word? she just answered me that she heard it in FM DJ's saying that always making it as an expression.

So I googled it and of course I found the answer. I came to a blog which explains what and where did it begin.

They said, it all started in Cagayan Oro where may isang tindero ng fruit salad na nagsisigaw ng "Salad Oh!" mostly nagbibinta sya sa gabi sa night market at nigh cafe. Di nagtagal nilagyan ng kung sinu sino ng word na "Init Pa!"imbes ng Malamig pa. Naging expression ito especially sa mga bisaya (cebuano)  hanggang ginawa na itong kanta o sayaw "Budots". Naging uso na ito hanggang binigyan ng ng ibang meaning. 

Sabi nila pag babae ka at sinabihan ka nito meaning "Maganda Oh! Sexy Pa!" may second meaning din ito  "Chicks Oh! Virgin Pa!" which is not good dahil para naring word form ng sipul na "Witwew!".

Hindi ko alam kung totoo ang post ng pinsan ko sa fb at hindi ko rin alam ang reason kung bakit bawal. Marami ang nag react kasi wala na raw silang freedom of speech. Syempre sa lahat ng bagay meron din tayong limitasyon.
